NON PVC WATER BASE FOAM / PUFF

It is a water-based printing paste used to obtain an elastic and soft touching puff effect in textile printing. It can be printed on cotton and white and light-colored cotton-polyester blend fabrics. Easy using during the print. Washing fastness is high, colour fastness is good. Washing test should be applied 24 hours after curing. It may contain “Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons” in trace amounts due to black pigment. It consists of White Foam and Direct Black Foam. The Printers has to match buyer shade by adding Colour pigments. 

• MESH
  Silk screens that are made of 32 cm (80 inch) mesh 80 micron silk 43 cm/ (110 inch) mesh 70 micron silk should be used.
• SQUEEGEES
  57 – 62 Shore U type squeegee should be used.
• CURING
  After using, the screen should be cleaned with the water. Should be cured at 160 °C/320˚F for 1,5 minutes
