XILICONE EMBOSSING

GENERAL INFORMATION :

Embossing Xilicone is used to get an emboss effect on fabrics. We can have concave or convex effects on fabrics by pressing the printed Xilicone in required designed molds. It is also called 3D Print, which is very popular in the Local Market. 

 

 

  • METHOD OF PRINTING
    1. Take Embossing Xilicone 50 % & mix 50% of Xilicone Catalyst (Pot life 6-8 hours after mixing Catalyst ) 2. Print mixed Xilicone on backside of fabric. You can also stick thin fabric on the backside of the print. 3. Set Upper mold temperature at 180C & lower mold temperature at 120 to 170 C. 4. Press for 8 to15 seconds depending on temperature & design size.
