XILICONE FLOCK

Xilicone Flocking is the application of fine particles to Xilicone adhesive coated surfaces. This is usually done by the application of a high voltage electric field. In a Flocking machine the " Flock" is given a negative charge whilst the substrate is earthed. Flock material flies vertically onto the substrate attaching to previously applied Xilicone flock adhesive. Our Xilicone Flocking has Highest washing fastness compared to other flock adhesive 

• MESH
  32 –48T (80 –120 ), We normally prefer Nylon Mesh to prevent Air bubbles. As Polyester Mesh makes ink to stay, Nylon Makes Inks to flow In Manual Machine. Xilicone Flocking possible only in manual machine and Automatic machine
• SQUEEGEES
  For optimum Xilicone Puff print effect, 65/90/65 shore triplet hardness squeegee is recommended
• CURING
  For complete polymerization prints are to be cured at 100°C-120°C or 210-250°F for 1.5 minutes with recommended Air flow at 1500 cfm air.
