WELDING PRINT (PHTHALATE FREE PVC )
These are Phthalate free PVC inks, also called are Volcanic Print, these can be achieved with easy prinitng techniques, these effect looks like volcanic effect.

First Screen printing the desired colour mixed with Welding gel for 1-2 rounds and 3rd time flood the ink in screen fully and lift the screen slowly and now you can find the welding effect, the more the inks is flooded the higher the height of print can be achieved.

We recommend a stencil of 100 to 200 micron thickness with mesh count of 100-120 ( 40 T-48 T)

The print must be heat cured at 320F (160C) until the entire thickness of the ink is cured. The cured print should stretch and retract without breaking or cracking. If the print cracks, it is a sign of under cure and the print must be cured at a longer time or a hotter temperature (or sometimes both).
