Genesis E1 System

Genesis E1 System is an acrylic core shell high opaque, ready for use water base ink that can be screen printed.

 It is an excellent product for use as anti-migration on dark color polyester fabrics where poor migration blocking properties of disperse/sublimation dye were being used in dying the polyester fabric.  In addition it can be used for applications where ultimate fastness properties are required, such as for denim, upholstery etc.

Genesis E1 ink can even be printed on certain types of water-repellent fabric included nylon with good washing fastness and adhesion. Crocking (wet and dry) fastness for printed Genesis ink will show excellent result .

Genesis E1 System consists of Genesis White, Genesis OP Base, Genesis Clear, Genesis Graybase, Genesis Puff and Genesis Suede 

• MESH
  ï‚· 41T to 49T (100-120)mono-filament for heavy migration fabric (normally on polyester athletic or heavy jersey) ï‚· 51T to 63T (130-160) mono-filament common or normal polyester migration fabric.
• SQUEEGEES
  For maximum ink deposit, 55/65 sore hardness squeegee is recommended.  Soft tables are most suitable.  Squeegee angle at above 20º are recommended ho higher deposit of ink.
• CURING
  For maximum fastness, prints are to be cure at 150°C/302°F for 3 minutes. Air flow recommended is 2000 cfm/ 56 m3 /min for good polymerization
• TYPE OF FABRICS
  Dyestuff or Migration Fabric or poorly prepared (dyed) fabric of Cotton, Blends Cotton Polyester, Blend Rayon Polyester, Denim and 100% Polyester
