GLITTER PASTE

It is a water based printing paste that is used to have a bright, elasticy and soft touching of glitter effect on textile printing. Glitter Base is a high clarity clear ready for use of Water base ink functioning as glitters and metallic binders. Glitter Base is an excellent product for use where excellent glossiness finish and excellent softhand feel is required glitters and metallic effect are required. • MIXING RATIO
  In order to have a glitter effect with Glitter Paste ; Glitter Paste - 750-900 g Glitter Powder - 100-250 g
• MESH
  8-12 S meshes in Polyester 20- 40 Mesh Nylon
• SQUEEGEES
  Use 55/65 sore hardness squeegees for underbase. For effect 65/75 sore hardness.
• DRYING
  For maximum fastness, prints are to be cure at 160°C/320°F for 3 minutes Air flow recommended are 2000 cfm/56 m3 /min for proper polymerization.
