GLITTER PASTE ( PHTHALATE FREE PVC INK )

It is a Phthalate free PVC GLitter paste that has a bright, elasticy and soft touching of glitter effect on textile printing. Glitter Base is a high clarity clear ready for use of TPL ink functioning as glitters and metallic paste . Glitter Base is an excellent product for use where excellent glossiness finish and excellent soft hand feel is required glitters and metallic effect are required. Glitter Base has good washing fastness on polyester glitters, coated metallic and bronze, Copper powder. 

• MIXING RATIO
  In order to have a glitter effect with Glitter Paste ; Glitter Paste - 800-900 g Glitter Powder - 100-200 g
• MESH
  8-12 S meshes in Polyester 20- 40 Mesh in Nylon
• SQUEEGEES
  Use 55/65 sore hardness squeegees for underbase. For effect 65/75 sore hardness.
• CURING
  For maximum fastness, prints are to be cure at 160/320°F for 3 minutes Air flow recommended are 2000 cfm/56 m3 /min for proper polymerization.
